I recognize the forward moving energy that manifest Itself through out all of life. I know this vibrant energy is the constant evolution of creative Spirit demonstrating Itself in new and glorious ways in all of the manifest universe. In this truth I know I am the energy of the Divine in a constant state of vibrant transformation and newness. Therefore I know I am always young in mind, body and soul and that I am forever young. This evolutionary force of God consistently empowers my mind to create new and expansive ideas, invigorates my body to excel in perfect health and renews my spirit to encompass its total divinity. I am always young and vibrant since I am always the glorious energy of Mind in constant evolution. There is nothing old about my body, my mind or my consciousness. I am always centered in the newness and eternal vitality of the pure creative essence of the spirit of the most high. So I am always living life with the wonder and excitement of the young at heart. I express great gratitude for all the young years in my life and the many more that are to come. I release these words of truth to the causative power of Mind knowing they are so. And so it is.
